Personalised Design Offer (“Brainstorm”)
This outlines the stages of this phase and both our responsibilities.
We will work closely with you through these stages to ensure the process is as easy and rewarding as possible. By working together we are preparing the ground to embark on to the successful and smooth completion of the next phase – producing working drawings, gaining approvals and contract signing.
In overview this process is where we take you through a “brainstorm” design process. There are a number of inter related steps to achieve this, in overview these are (milestones in bold):

- Undertake subsequent design option iterations
| - Based on previous design and feedback produce next floor plan design

| - After presentation and modification of the designs, meet to agree final “draft” floor plan
| - Agree the design is as required

| - Based on the agreed “sketch” floor plan develop an elevation plan

| - Present plan and elevation. Discuss options to be included in the budget price
| - Sign off on plans, provide options to be included for pricing by filling in a scope of works questionnaire

- Develop an approximate construction budget
| - Estimate a construction budget based on

| - Run through what we believe an appropriate construction budget is for the plans developed, selections and scope of works assumed
