| - Organise engineering and site survey (if required)
| - Organise site access for soil sampling and surveyors – if necessary

| | - Our Interior Designer, will contact you. She will guide you through selections of tiles, appliances, sanitary ware, kitchen, joinery and finishes etc. Our designer will also assist you with achieving your styling requirements including the preparation of interior and paint colour schemes and collate selections for your building schedule.
| - Meet and liaise with our designer for assistance and queries. Meet our recommended suppliers and make your selections.

| | - Our Kitchen Designer, will help you through the design of your Kitchen/cabinet design
| - Meet with our designer and work together to design the cabinets

| | - Collate all selections (refer Items 6 & 7 above)
| - Consider the selections, electrical layout and cabinet designs and when comfortable with them sign them off to indicate no more changes

- Prepare and lodge for Building Approval
| - Obtain necessary engineering & timber framing layouts and lodge to Private Certifier to obtain Building Approval

| | - The Selection process will clarify much of the Building Schedule. We will meet with you to finalise all schedule issues
| - Input into schedule and “sign off” on schedule

| | - Once we have signed off working drawings, planning approval and final signed off selections we do a final costing the project.

| | - Obtain final approval from Council, being Development Approval (the third step after Planning and Building Approval) from the Council
| - Nil. Note this process may take 3 to 4 weeks and is required before construction commences.

| | - We will meet you to go through all aspects of the contract. A “fixed” price will be determined before contract signing
