Structure & People

All Exclusive is part of the House Group of Companies which includes House Bros (commercial builder) and aged care facilities interests.  The business is run by General Manager John O'Neill who has significant senior management experience in a number of diverse industries. 

Our design team is comprised of Chris Blunden who has a proven track record in successful client liaison and Sean Cowburn our in-house designer.  On the construction team, we have two estimators/contracts managers and two construction supervisors.

Our philosophy is to work in closely as a team to provide the best result for our clients.  There are at least two people involved in the design process (Chris and Sean) and two in the construction stage (an estimator and a site supervisor) for each project.

Our design team also takes an active interest in construction and our General Manager is involved in all projects.
